9km from Bodrum town centre, 20mins from Bodrum airport. Next village along the coast, Turkbuku, a 10 minute drive away.

Large luxury holiday villa with private pool in tranquil Torba. Refurbished and redecorated by its English owners in May 2007.  Fabulous location, set back from the village on a hill, commanding views over the whole village.  10 minutes or so walk downhill to shops, bars and restaurants etc

The villa has full air-conditioning throughout, an open plan lounge/dining area and separate kitchen.  ADSL/BROADBAND INTERNET access is fitted at the villa.  The accommodation is as follows;

Lounge: - The lounge is decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind. A large feature fireplace stands dominantly to the side of the room (purely for decoration in the summer months of course!). The matching 3 seater and 2 seater sofa along with 2 armchairs are positioned perfectly for you to take advantage of the excellent entertainment systems; Plasma TV, DVD player and satellite channels are there for your enjoyment although, with all the outdoor features why would you want to be inside!

Dining: With 2 very different styles, you have a choice; formal inside, informal outside. Both areas seat 8 people comfortably with separate dining table and chairs.

Kitchen:  The well equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer, full oven and hob, ice making machine and a wine rack for all the evening entertaining!

Utility room: - Houses the washing machine and a water cooler dispenser.

Upstairs consists of;

Bedrooms: 4 IN TOTAL –

Top floor - The master double bedded room with a pretty fireplace, arched, picture windows facing to the mountain side and an en suite shower with WC. French doors open out to a balcony with superb sea views.

Mid level – Another large double bedded room, facing to the front this room has a double window aspect and sea views.
Next to this is a twin bedded room, nicely decorated with good use of space.
The last bedroom also doubles up as a ‘viewing gallery’. This room has a large picture window and a telescope for all those star gazers. If you fancy viewing of a different kind there is also a TV in this room. If the ‘views’ all get a bit too much, pull the comfortable chaise longe style sofa out to make another double bed.

The large family shower/WC room with vanity unit is also on this level.

Outside: The villa has fantastic sun and shady terraces, patio and pool furniture, a bar area with seating, and even a large inbuilt BBQ. There is enough room for a family feast to be laid out on the large table! After wining and dining, sit back and soak in the views. In our opinion this has an excellent outside area and is designed in mind for outdoor entertaining.
