This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment sits on the headland overlooking the bay of Yalikavak.  From its private terrace, the views are simply stunning and tireless in all directions.  As well as the crescent shaped bay of Yalikavak, you can also see the smaller Greek Island of Kalimnos out in the Aegean Sea in the distance.  On this smart development is a large pool with sunbathing terrace, loungers and umbrellas for you to sit and contemplate which restaurant to try that evening!

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet and stylish location, no hustle and bustle, a short walk away from the beach, centre of town, restaurants/bars and shops, then Platinum Beach apartment is perfect for you.  The area itself suits couples young and old and families with small children.

2 Bedrooms (1 en-suite), 2 shower rooms (including the en-suite) - sofa bed in lounge can sleep extra people (small child for example).  Apartment can sleep 5 people in total comfortably (6 at a push).  Collapsible travel coat and high chair available for infants/small children.

The living space in the apartment is open plan style with a fully fitted kithen at one end and the lounge seating area at the other.  French windows open from the lounge to let in the sunshine and the panoramic view of the Aegean sea.

THERE ARE A/C UNITS FITTED IN BOTH BEDROOMS AND THE LOUNGE AREA.

There are no steps leading from the grounds to the apartment and once inside, the accommodation is all one level. A car can be driven directly up to the entrance steps to the apartment.   From the entrance door the lounge is accessed from the hallway and is stylishly furnished with cream and brown sofa and matching chair, with a wooden coffee table.  The TV and DVD player is housed in a wall and side unit opposite the sofa.  The TV has Freeview Satellite connected (which has some English channels).

The KITCHEN area is towards the front of the apartment, non-sea facing, and is well equipped.  It has a breakfast bar style table with 4 stools which separates the kitchen from the lounge area.  The kitchen has fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc. plus all crockery, cutlery, glasses etc necessary for a self-catering holiday.

BEDROOMS - 2
Bedroom  1 (Master) with en-suite bath room - double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps, A/C unit.  Double doors open up on to the magnificent sea facing terrace.  There is a table and chairs on this terrace for outside dining.

Bedroom 2 - has twin beds, bedside cabinets, lamps and wardrobe. French doors open onto a Juliet style balcony - sea view.

BATHROOMS - 2
En-suite to bedroom 1.  With shower, wash basin set and  WC. Fully tiled.

Family bathroom - with BATH and shower, wash basin, WC.  Fully tiled.

Other - table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrella, BBQ on the terrace for al fresco dining

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  The apartment also has a washing machine for your use.  The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  Should you wish a mid-week, or weekly clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.  Beach towels are not provided.
