This villa is one of several offered for rent by private owners on a prestigious small development on the outskirts of Yalikavak.  The development's communal areas and gardens are maintained to a high standard, the villas have a smart and chic appearance.

ACCOMMODATION
Open plan style lounge/living room/interior dining area/kitchen.  The lounge/living room has L shaped sofas, coffee table, TV with local freeview satellite system (with some English channels), DVD/CD player.  Dining table and chairs for inside dining are between the lounge and kitchen in the dining area of this space.

The kitchen has a full range of base and cupboard units which are stocked with all the essentials you need for a self-catering villa holiday.  There is an oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc.

Sliding doors open from the kitchen and lounge area onto a large covered terrace which runs along the front of the villa and leads out to the pool and gardens.  This provides lots of shade during the summer months and also is perfect for outside dining.

BEDROOMS - 4
Bedroom  1 (Master with en-suite) - the master bedroom is a large airy room with wall-to-wall patio doors opening onto the balcony and views.  This room has a luxury en-suite bathroom, double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dresser/drawers, lamps. This room has full sea views.

Bedroom 2 - double bed, wardrobe, drawer units and bedside cabinets, lamps etc.  Fabulous views and again, patio doors opening onto the balcony.

Bedroom 3 - as above but does not have an en-suite shower room.  Again opens onto the pool and garden balcony. Fabulous views.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a shower room which is situated near both rooms.

Bedroom 4 - at ground floor level with double bed, sea views.  A bathroom with shower is next to this bedroom.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and sea views.

BATHROOMS - 3.
En-suite to bedroom 1.  Bath with shower, WC and wash basin.
Shower room for bedrooms 2 & 3.  Shower, WC and wash basin.
Shower room for bedroom 4 (ground floor level). Shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

Other - hairdryer, outside table, chairs, sun loungers and exterior sofa style seating.  Large sunshade/umbrella.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  A washing machine is provided for guest's use and can be found in the utility area below the stairs. The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  Should you wish a mid-week, or weekly clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.  For two week stays, a mini clean and laundry change is included in the rental price after the first week's stay.  Beach towels are not provided.

OUTSIDE
There is a large sunny terrace where the pool is set and larger than average gardens.  Private parking space for one car in the driveway and space for another car to the side of the villa.

Sliding doors open from the lounge and kitchen onto the terrace which, with the balcony being above, offers a full stretch of shade along the front of the villa.  To the side of the pool is a luxury sofa with large sunshade to relax in during the evenings when staying at home.   The terrace has a BBQ for al fresco dining.  Outside dining furniture has been positioned under the balcony to enable you to dine and take in the superb views. 

Pools - the villa has its own private pool set into the terrace and surrounded by private gardens which is fenced and secure.  Sun loungers are provided at poolside.  The pool is approximately 4m x 7m and a rectangular shape.

There is also a large shared pool on a level below.  Guests of the villas are free to use the communal pool as well as the private pool. 

Corner Shop/Bakal - there is a small mini-market, shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away to the lower level entrance of the site the villa is built on.

Each Thursday, Yalikavak hosts a large vendor's market with a range of fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs and spices for sale on one side of the road and clothing, souvenirs etc on the other.  Worth a visit as its a very colourful sight.

Banks/supermarkets/petrol stations etc
Yalikavak (the nearest town/village) is a 5 minute drive away.  Here you will find several banks, Garanti & Finansbank are two good ones, these have ATMs.  Large supermarkets, Carrefour, Migros and Tansas can also be found on the outskirts of Yalikavak, whereas just outside Bodrum (Ortakent area) there is a very large Kipa (Tesco) and next door, Metro (Makro) cash and carry - visitors can apply for a day pass for the latter.
Local shops (mini markets or Bakals as they are known in Turkey) can be found almost everywhere and are open late at nights.
Petrol stations - again in Yalikavak near the large supermarkets above or on the main road out of Yalikavak to Bodrum.

We stayed from 4/6 to 18/6. What a fantastic villa everything we would have wished for, it was nice to spend two weeks in luxury. all the site staff and housekeeper were great, we had  a few problems and the site staff tried to fix as soon as we asked them. The dolmus were great and we went exploring on them. Sofi Restaurant, Yalikavak is one you need to add to your list fantastic food and great staff. Would like to thank you all for a great holiday and we will be recommending you.
