The villa has 3 spacious floors of living, each boasting panoramic sea views. There are 3 three large bedrooms (one has a double and a single bed, creating a sizeable family room), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), an abundance of terrace space at ground and living level, private swimming pool and gardens with BBQ area.

ACCOMMODATION
Lounge/living room/dining area - open plan style.  Stunningly designed with black and white furnishings, the lounge/living room has seating for 6, coffee table, fire place etc.  The TV area has wall mounted plasma TV (with local freeview channels only), DVD player and cupboards full of classics DVDs - bring your own too! There is also a Hi Fi unit in this room.  The internal dining area again has seating for 6. All floors are travertine tiled throughout.

The kitchen area is tiled with mosaic tiles and fitted with a range of quality wall cupboards and base units housing the oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.   A microwave, kettle etc plus everything you require for a self-catering holiday is provided in the cupboards.

BEDROOMS - 3
Bedroom  1 (Master - top floor) - the 'Buddah' theme in the master bedroom is stylish and calming.   The master is a self-contained suite occupying the top floor of the villa.  It has a luxury en-suite shower room, large double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dresser/drawers, lamps. This room has full sea views and has a door which opens on to the huge, sunny roof terrace.

Bedroom 2 Family room (ground floor level) - double bed and single bed, wardobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets, lamps etc.  Opens up onto the pool and garden terrace area. Fabulous views.

Bedroom 3 (en-suite) - has large double bed and an en-suite bathroom.  Again opens onto the pool and garden terrace. Fabulous views.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and sea views.

BATHROOMS - 3.5
En-suite to master bedroom 1.  Wet room sytle shower room, WC and wash basin.

Other - lots of patio, terrace furniture, including luxury sun recliners around the pool area.  Pool towels provided.

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided.  A washing machine is provided for guests' use and can be found in the utility area below the lower stairs. The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure.  For those whose stay is for two weeks, a mid-term clean and change of laundry is included in the rental price.  Should you wish a mid-week clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.

OUTSIDE
There are 3 sea-facing terraces at ground, first and second floor level.  At garden level, there is a sea-facing patio leading out to the private pool and gardens.  Here you will find garden chairs and sun loungers. 

Sliding doors open from the lounge and dining area onto a large terrace, covered in parts, which has ample space for BBQing and al fresco dining.  Outside furniture has been positioned here to enable you to relax and take in the breathtaking views.  At 2nd floor level, another uncovered, sea-facing sun terrace.  A car parking space is available at the front (rear) of the villa.

Pools - the villa has its own private pool.  However, there is also a large shared infinity pool a couple of levels below.  Guests of the villa are free to use this as well as the villa's own private pool.  Sun loungers and built in BBQs are provided at the side of the communal pool.

Shop/Bakal - there is a small mini-market shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away at the lower level entrance of the development the villa is built on.

Each Thursday, Yalikavak hosts a large vendor's market with a range of fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs and spices for sale on one side of the road and clothing, souvenirs etc on the other.  Worth a visit as its a very colourful sight.


Banks/supermarkets/petrol stations etc
Yalikavak (the nearest town/village) is a 5 minute drive away.  Here you will find several banks, Garanti & Finansbank are two good ones, these have ATMs.  Large supermarkets, Carrefour, Migros and Tansas can also be found on the outskirts of Yalikavak, whereas just outside Bodrum (Ortakent area) there is a very large Kipa (Tesco) and next door, Metro (Makro) cash and carry - visitors can apply for a day pass for the latter.
Local shops (mini markets or Bakals as they are known in Turkey) can be found almost everywhere and are open late at nights.
Petrol stations - again in Yalikavak near the large supermarkets above or on the main road out of Yalikavak to Bodrum.
